Manipulator and PLC Automation

According to the customer's specifications company Uterna is able to manufactureany kinds of manipulators, which can be used for manipulating with the material from the storage place to the furnace and quenching, if necessary.
Manipulators can be installed in-line to maintain one or more furnaces from different places for storage. After the thermal process the heat threated material can be moved to the quench tanks. For the control and monitoring system of the manipulator we are using Siemens PLC`s and SCADA system.
