Automatic heat treatment line

Company Uterna has considerable experience in the automation of industrial furnaces and industrial furnace lines.

We have the ability of integrating anything from conveyor systems, handling robots, special design cranes, manipulators  to cooling devices and other customized equipments. All depends on the type of product being heated and what the client wants to achieve. A Supervisory System, interfaced with the PLC Automation System, allows you to control and monitor the heat treatment line, generate process reports (in PDF or CSV format) and track the material.
