Drop bottom furnace

Drop Bottom Furnace is specially designed and manufactured for aluminum and Steel casting, the quenching process can perform precisely within 7 seconds through T5 and T6 operation. Hydraulic system or electronic controlled High Speed Hoist for quenching the equipments and SCADA System installed in these products make them one of the most demanding products for high performance and smooth functionality. For the control and monitoring system of the drop bottom furnace we are using Siemens PLC`s and SCADA system.
