Quenching baths

The quenching baths (any size) is designed for the quenching of metal parts. It can be equipped with a heating unit to heat up the fluid to a desired temperature. For uniform cooling arround the parts an agitator can be integrated. This mixes the liquid during the quenching process. The complete quenching is preferably made of stainless steel. It can be chosen different quenching fluids (oil, polimer or water), depending on the application. It is operated by a control panel. A level monitoring indicates the need for fluid and leakages of the quenching pool.
